Cube the ahi tuna and put into a bowl, add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha ,ginger, garlicĀ and sesame seeds and mix. Let it sit for a few minutes. While the tuna is resting, cook your rice and prep your toppings. When you are ready to serve, put the rice in the bowl, top with the tuna and add your toppings.
