It is the last weekend in May, and it is the beginning of BBQ season. With BBQ season comes ice cold drinks! Over the past few months, Kodi and I have cut out a lot of sugar from our drinks, (coffee, pop, etc.). This grapefruit mojito recipe is sweet, without adding sugar and refreshing. And it is pink, who doesn’t love a pink drink!
Ingredients:
1 grapefruit
2 oz White Rum
Mint Leaves
Soda Water
Ice
Method:
In a cup add the juice and some pulp of one grapefruit. Add the mint and muddle the two together. Add some ice and pour over the two ounces of rum and top off with soda water. Stir and enjoy!
