Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus
Olive Oil
Zest from one lemon
Grated Parmesan
Old aged balsamic
Method:
Rinse and prep the asparagus by removing the hard part of the stalk. A quick way of doing this is grabbing both ends and seeing where it naturally breaks. Drizzle with olive oil. Place the asparagus on a medium heat grill; rotate ever so often until the entire stalk has changed to a bright green (that’s how I tell if it is done). On a plate, grate the lemon zest over top of the cooked asparagus, grate some Parmesan and drizzle some balsamic. Serve and enjoy!
