Something about the warmer weather and sunshine earlier in the day makes me crave ice coffee no matter what the time of day it is. This caramel ice coffee is strictly an adult only, weekend treat. You can always substitute the caramel sauce for chocolate as well! The recipe makes enough for 2 drinks.
Ingredients:
2 shots of espresso
2 shots of Bailey’s Coffee Liqueur
Ice, Lots of Ice
Caramel Sauce
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender, except for the caramel sauce and blend until smooth. Drizzle some caramel sauce around the inside of the cup, pour in the mixture, toss in a (metal) straw and enjoy!
