HELLO!!! I am back from my three months hiatus from my cooking blog. WOW, what a whirlwind of the three months it has been. Honestly, I haven’t had time to reflect yet, but it was a roller coaster of a ride, and I came out of it feeling like I can conquer anything. I learned so much, I met some amazing people to add to my network professionally, and as friends, I figured out the route I need to take to change my career, and for the first time in 8 years, I have Christmas off!

Over the next few weeks, I will be building my portfolio,  enjoying the holidays, and visiting family here in BC and flying to Ontario to spend some time with family there. I have some things in mind I want to cook and try. My friend Heather and I are going to partake in Pinch of Yum’s sugar-free January and experiment and make some of our own sugar-free recipes. Stay tuned!
